Who we are.
The Florida-based Gryphon Net Lease Team specializes in listing and selling credit-rated, net leased commercial real estate. Our focus ranges from single tenant retail to multi-tenant A and B-rated shopping centers with national credit tenants in place. We can handle existing, stable assets as well as properties currently under construction with leasing already in place.
We are a component of global real estate behemoth SVN and our team is based in Jacksonville, Florida.
