Buyer Qualification

Our team is committed to qualifying buyers using several tried-and-true methods. A quality asset can attract a multitude of offers, and our team will personally and thoroughly investigate every prospect, their qualifications, as well as their source of funding. In a multi-offer situation, we also go to great lengths to assure we help you choose the right buyer.

We will request proof of funds and/or equity required to close.

We will interview a buyer’s financing source. Often we will encounter an all-cash offer, however many buyers choose to take advantage of low-interest financing. In these cases, and prior to accepting an offer, we include the lender in our discovery process to help ensure the buyer is qualified to proceed with the transaction.
